Quorn Foods are delighted to be recruiting for a National Account Executive to join our Benelux Foodservice team, supporting the continued development and growth of our business across the region.

What you'll be responsible for:

You will support the development and delivery of our market strategy, identifying growth opportunities and contributing to customer, channel and category plans that achieve our sales, volume and profit objectives. You will manage a portfolio of wholesale, distributor and end-user customers, developing effective relationships and creating customer-specific growth and investment plans.

You will oversee day-to-day customer relationships, commercial agreements, promotional activity and customer activation programmes, while maintaining accurate customer, pricing and opportunity information within our CRM system. Working closely with demand planning, you will contribute to the forecasting process, monitor customer performance and use sales trends and market data to identify opportunities, risks and recommendations for future growth.

Collaboration will be central to the role. You will work alongside the Senior National Account Manager and Culinary Chef to support customer meetings, product presentations, trials and new business development. Regular travel across the Benelux region, and occasionally elsewhere in Europe and the UK, will be required.

What experience you'll need to have:

- Initial background within the Foodservice sector, working with key wholesalers, distributors or other relevant channel partners

- Business-level proficiency in English, French and Dutch, with the confidence to support and lead customer meetings, negotiations and presentations in all three languages

- Effective negotiation, influencing, presentation and relationship-building capabilities, alongside experience in budget management and data analysis

- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, together with a full driving licence and the ability to travel regularly across Benelux and, when required, elsewhere in Europe and the UK

- A passion for healthy, sustainable products which are better for our consumers and the planet – you don’t have to be a vegetarian to work for Quorn!
