Quorn are currently recruiting for a Manufacturing Line Leader to join our team based at our Methwold manufacturing facility.

What you'll be responsible for:

Reporting into the Plant Production Manager, you will ensure your line consistently meets key performance indicators while fostering a strong culture of safety, quality, and continuous improvement.

You will take full ownership of your line during your shift, ensuring smooth operations and clear communication across teams. From managing day-to-day production activity to coaching and developing your team, you’ll be instrumental in driving performance and building capability.

You will lead your team to achieve production targets while maintaining high standards of safety, GMP, and quality compliance, monitoring line performance to identify losses and implement improvements that increase reliability and output.  In addition, you will coach and develop team members, foster engagement, promote collaboration, and escalate or resolve any safety, quality, or equipment issues in line with company processes.

This is a fantastic opportunity to step into a leadership role within one of the UK’s most recognisable food brands, where you’ll have real ownership and the chance to make a measurable impact on operational performance.

This role operates on a nights only shift pattern.

What experience you'll need to have:

- Background within a food manufacturing or FMCG production environment

- Proven ability to lead, motivate, and develop teams in a fast-paced operational setting

- Clear understanding of production processes and performance management (KPIs)

- A continuous improvement mindset with the ability to identify and resolve operational challenges

- Confident communication skills with the ability to engage and influence stakeholders at all levels

- Knowledge of food safety, GMP, and quality standards

- A passion for healthy, sustainable products which are better for our consumers and the planet – you don’t have to be a vegetarian to work for Quorn!

What you'll get in return:

- Competitive annual salary, plus 15% night shift allowance
- 22 days holiday per year which is enhanced when combined with shift pattern
- Enrolment into our Company Bonus Scheme
- Matched pension scheme & life assurance cover
- Employee Assistance Programmes (we're a GroceryAid sponsor and run a range of annual initiatives to support colleague wellbeing)
- Access to other wellbeing schemes – discounted gym memberships, Digital GP services, eye tests, mortgage advice, and salary finance
