Join us as a Demand & Logistics Planner and help deliver accurate, insight‑driven forecasts that underpin service, inventory health and cost efficiency across our supply network.

What you'll be responsible for:

In this role, you’ll own the demand plan for a selection of customers or markets, developing robust weekly and monthly forecasts that incorporate base demand, promotions, events, NPD and delists. You’ll lead the Demand Review within the S&OP cycle, challenging assumptions, highlighting risks and opportunities, and providing clear insights that translate directly into implications for supply, inventory and service. Working closely with Sales, Category, Supply Planning, Logistics and Finance, you’ll act as the single, trusted source of truth for demand.

Depending on your experience, the role may broaden to cover logistics planning responsibilities, including deployment, inventory positioning and cost‑to‑serve optimisation. You’ll support initiatives to improve forecasting processes, data quality, planning tools and continuous improvement practices, while contributing clear, visual outputs for senior stakeholders and supporting inventory health across our frozen network.

This position will be based from our Leeds office circa 2–3 days per week, with flexibility to work remotely when required.

What experience you'll need to have:

- Background in demand planning processes, inventory management and supply chain principles

- Demonstrable analysis/system skills with confidence to report from SAP, along with a high level of proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel

- Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills

- Confidence to communicate with a wide variety of internal and external stakeholders whilst adapting to fast-moving and changing business priorities

- A passion for healthy, sustainable products which are better for our consumers and the planet – you don’t have to be a vegetarian to work for Quorn!
